Kipfashion Wholesale and Custom-Made Orders Overview
At Kipfashion, we understand the unique needs of our wholesale, custom-made, and private-label customers. We offer the option to purchase paid samples, allowing potential clients to assess our products firsthand. These samples are provided at our discretion and priced differently from regular or wholesale products. When a subsequent wholesale order is placed, we may offer a discount or deduction based on the cost of these samples.
Please note that promotions and discounts available on www.kipfashion.com, including coupons and gift certificates, do not apply to wholesale purchases. Any exclusive wholesale discounts will be communicated directly via email.
Product Availability and Order Requirements
Currently, our inventory includes African fabric, African silk batik, and African batik. We source other materials like denim, lace, chiffon, and stretch fabrics based on customer demand. Kipfashion offers flexible wholesale and custom-made purchase options, dependent on order quantity. Once you establish a wholesale account by meeting the initial order minimum for your desired account level, all subsequent orders must meet the minimum reorder requirement of that level. The minimum product order in each category is 15 items, covering men’s and women’s clothing, footwear, bags, textiles, and accessories.
For new customers, the minimum initial order value is $950.00. We accept Visa and MasterCard for first orders, charging 100% of the order at the time of purchase. Orders typically ship within 10 days, but a longer lead time may be communicated within two days if necessary. Note that shipping costs are not included in the minimum order amount.
Manufacturing and Shipping
Though Kipfashion is based in Finland, our products are crafted in West Africa, with facilities in the Benin Republic, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, and The Gambia. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, products may take up to 10 working days to dispatch. Delivery times can range from 7-14 days, and products may ship from various locations. Customers are responsible for any local taxes or customs charges and can choose from shipping options like Post EMS, DHL, and more during checkout.
Payment and Account Policies
For wholesale accounts, a waiting period is applied to ensure all funds have cleared before shipment. The typical clearing time is one week. We offer secure payment options, including PayPal and credit cards via PayPal, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and acceptance as a wholesaler does not commit either party to a fixed term; accounts operate on an “as authorized” basis.

Kipfashion provides a variety of fabrics. Select your African Ankara print or request a batik fabric catalog. We can also select the fabric on your behalf.
3. Checkout & Delivery
After the process is completed we send you an invoice for payment, and your order will be processed. Once your orders are completed we send them for delivery
