How dropshipping works

1. Apply and get approved. Contact our customer service team to activate your dropship account.
2. Choose products. Browse the drop-ship catalog and list your favorites at your own price.
3. Place your customer’s order on kipfashion.com. Include your business billing address and your customer’s shipping address and phone number.
4. We ship to your customer, tracked, with DHL or UPS.

Your responsibilities

• Check that a product is in stock on kipfashion.com before you list it.
• Enter accurate shipping addresses. You are responsible for address accuracy, and extra delivery costs from wrong addresses are billed to you.
• Publish clear return terms in your own store. If you sell to customers in the EU or UK, consumer withdrawal rights may apply to you as the seller.

Returns and exchanges

• Damaged or wrong item: send photos within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund the item and cover return shipping.
• Wrong size ordered: one exchange per order, with return shipping paid by the reseller.
• Change of mind: not accepted by Kipfashion. Set your own return terms for your customers.
