Kipfashion will make every effort to meet paid sample requests from wholesale and distributors that are interested. Paid samples will be supplied to potential wholesale clients at the discretion of the company. The prices of samples are not the same as the prices of the actual product or wholesale pricing. After the samples are prepared, when consumers purchase wholesale, a deduction or discount is offered depending on the cost of the already-made samples.

Kipfashion provides volume-based distributor Account choices. You can alter your distributor account level after you’ve established your account at a given level by placing the minimum first order at the level necessary for the preferred distributor account. All following orders must thereafter match the level’s minimum reorder. The minimum number of goods ordered by category is ten. Men’s and women’s apparel, footwear, purses, textiles, and accessories are among the product categories.

ALL wholesale account payments will be subject to a “waiting” time to ensure funds clearing before any shipment is made. The ordered items will be shipped once the money have been appropriately confirmed as released and put into our accounts. The normal time for money to clear is 1-2 weeks. Do you offer rush shipping?

Where are your items produced?

Our products are produced in Benin, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, and the Gambia, so items are manufactured in different parts of the African continent.

Do you ship globally?

Can I receive a catalogue with your designs?

Yes, we can provide that for you on request. You can also view our wide range of products online.

Do you offer custom design?

Yes, we do offer custom services on retail and wholesale.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes! Many of our garments can be made in sizes 16+. You can access some of them HERE Some garments are made to order. If you see something on the site that you like, you may be able to provide your specific measurements for it to be made to your size. 

Can I cancel my order

No. We will process your order once we receive it for fast delivery. If you no longer wish to have the items, you will have to return them upon receiving your order

How quickly will I receive a product that is specially made for me after I have placed my order?

With those products that are custom made only after the order has been confirmed, the final delivery time will vary but is in each case clearly stated when making the order. 

I would like to have a product that I cannot find from Kipfashion website. What should I do?

Please email us and share your thoughts on this. We will find out if it is possible to make your wishes come through. Kipfashion is always welcoming new product ideas. Or you can customize some products to your taste.

How should I wash the fabrics purchased?

We recommend that you wash the fabrics prior to using them. We do not recommend washing the fabrics in over 40 Celsius. Please familiarize yourself with the washing instructions in detail. Please read the detailed description of the product for more detail.
