SAMPLES ORDERS

Kipfashion will make every attempt to accommodate paid sample requests for interested wholesale and distributors. Paid Samples will be sent to potential wholesale accounts at the sole discretion. Samples prices are not the same as the original products price or wholesale prices. After samples are made, when customer order wholesale there will deduction or discount given based on the cost of the samples previously made.

Sales that are running on the kipfashion.com do not apply to wholesale prices; this includes coupons, promotions, gift voucher etc. Any wholesale discounts will be communicated by email.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)

Kipfashion offers Wholesale Account purchase options, based on volume. Once you establish your account at a certain level, you may change your Wholesale Account level by making the minimum initial order at the level required for the desired Wholesale Account. All subsequent orders must then match the minimum reorder for that level. The minimum products order by category is 10. The products categories include but not limited to Men and Women clothing, footwear’s, handbags, fabrics and accessories.

The minimum original order is $550.00, and must be paid to the Kipfashion by the customer. Kipfashion accepts Visa/MasterCard and PayPal as acceptable credit cards for initial orders. For credit card purchases, 100% of purchase price will be billed at time of order. Orders generally will be shipped within (14) days of purchase. If more lead time is needed, Customer will be notified within 2 days.

NB: The above minimum order requirement is excluding shipping cost.

SHIPPING

Although Kipfashion is a Finland based company, we work with designers from all over the world, meaning your items ship from all over the world. Our platform is for various vendors and the vendors maintain full ownership of the products until payment is received.

Kipfashion is an online marketplace for African Fashion clothing and accessories, with a special focus on handmade items. Many items in our store (because they are made special for you) can take up to 14 working days to ship. Items can also ship from different places. Please allow between 7 and 14 days for an item to ship.

Items can be sent from various couriers, depending on the designer. This include Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, etc. Please do check product details for delivery information before making your purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying local fee’s for taxes and custom duties.

PAYMENT

ALL wholesale account payments will be subject to a “waiting” period to verify clearance of the funds before any shipment will be made. After the funds have been properly verified as released and deposited to our accounts shipment of requested products will be sent. The typical delay is between 1-2 week for funds to clear. We accept any of the following methods of payment for our wholesale accounts:

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Our prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
  • Being accepted as a wholesaler does not bind you or Kipfashion to a contractual period of time. ALL accounts are established on the basis of “while approved” terms.
  • You agree to fully authorize Kipfashion to use any and all graphics, public contact info, signage, publication, marketing materials, owner information, etc. related to your business for the purposes of advertising, marketing, directing or promoting business.
  • You agree to authorize Kipfashion to include your location in our online listings of available retail locations supplying our product(s) if we choose to do so.

FAQ

Do you offer rush shipping?
No. we don’t offer rush shipment. But some items have an option for rush shipping. This information will be included on the listing.  Shipping information can be found in the tab marked “shipping” below each item on the left.

I just placed an order and realized that my address is wrong, whom should I contact?
Email us at [email protected] your name, order number and the correct address. We will update your order information. You may also leave a message by clicking on the tab “Leave a Message” near the bottom of the page on the website. Or you may chat with one of our Customer Service Representatives live between the hours of 10am – 5pm EST Monday – Friday by clicking on the tab “Ask a Question”. We strive to respond to emails with 24 business hours.

Where are your items produced?
Our products  are produced in Benin, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal and Gambia, so items are manufactured in different parts of the Africa continent.

Do you ship globally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please check the shipping information included on the listing by clicking the tab “shipping” below the item on the left for detailed information on the processing and shipping time for the item.

Can I receive a catalog with your designs?
Yes, we can provide that for you on request. You can also view our wide range of products online.

Do you offer custom design ?
Yes, we do offer custom services on retail and wholesale.

Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes! Many of our garments can be made in sizes 16+. You can access some of them HERE Some garments are made to order. If you see something on the site that you like, you may be able to provide your specific measurements for it to be made to your size.

Can I cancel my order
No. We will process your order once we receive it for fast delivery. If you no longer wish to have the items, you will have to return them upon receiving your order

Has my order been shipped?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll email you to confirm that it’s on its way to you

Can I track my order
Depending on the carrier we send your order with, the dispatch email you receive will include a unique tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel

A mistake has been made with my order
If an item is missing from your order, we sincerely apologize and please get in touch with Customer Service.

Can I modify my order after It has been placed
No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after you have placed it with us

How quickly will I receive a products that is specially made for me after I have placed my order?
With those products that are custom made only after the order has been confirmed, the final delivery time will vary but is in each case clearly stated when making the order.

I would like to have a products that I cannot find from Kipfashion website. What should I do?
Please email us and share your thoughts on this. We will find out if it is possible to make your wishes to come through. Kipfashion is always welcoming new product ideas. Or you can customize some products to your taste.

How should I wash the fabrics purchased ?
We recommend that you wash the fabrics prior using them. We do not recommend washing the fabrics in over 40 Celsius. Please familiarize yourself with the washing instructions in detail. Please read the details description of the product for more detail.

I have received a faulty item
We try to make sure everything we sell will makes you happy, but if you do ever need to send anything back to us, you can find return instructions on the return note that will be put in your package, or check out our Return Policy. When you return something, it is important that you save your return tracking number, as this proves that you sent it back to us if it gets lost in transit.
